Equipment trouble in Cloudcroft
At over 8,600 feet, Cloudcroft gets real winter weather, and mountain power outages are a fact of life. Backup generators at cabins and homes often sit unused for months, then get called on during a snowstorm.
Altitude also affects how small engines run — an engine tuned for the basin may run rich up the mountain. If your equipment runs differently in Cloudcroft than it did elsewhere, mention that in your request.
