When you send a repair request, we store the details and any photo you provide privately so Heern's can respond to you. This information is only seen by Heern's and is never sold or shared.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to measure how visitors use this website: pages viewed, and clicks on our call and Facebook buttons, and whether a repair request was sent successfully. This helps us understand which pages bring in repair inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location, and the pages you visit. We never send your name, phone number, email address, or message to Google Analytics.
Analytics does not load for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine your region. You can opt out anywhere by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
